The Private News module is intended to share news from a more private and family area to those usually published on the corporate website. This type of news helps enhance internal communication.
The administrative panel is easy and intuitive to use and allows news to be associated with a main picture, images gallery, download files or links.
In turn, the Document Management Module is an area that is reserved for more private documents that are generated in all congregations.
All the divisions and cataloguing deemed appropriate can be carried out.
Documents may be in any format.
On the other hand, the Catalogue Module allows an online directory of all members of the congregation to be created to facilitate management, editing and consultation in a fast and effective manner. An updated directory will be provided in real time.
The Catalogue Module has the following characteristics:
· Complete file for each religious person
· General search engine or by any of the fields.
· Sending of individual messages or to groups.
· Each file will have a section to store the documents of each member of the congregation.
The data collected in different formats can also be exported, like in the rest of the modules of the catalogue.
The Library Manager Module allows there to be a single search engine for the entire bibliographical collection of the Congregation. A module will be enabled with the required fields to catalogue each book that will be assigned to the corresponding Community.
There will be a search engine in this module that will allow the user to perform searches through any of the fields.
Additionally, the Generation Module for Surveys can create a surveys system using the data collected in the catalogue. Questionnaires can be sent to all users and mailings can be undertaken to various fields in the catalogue.
Real and fast information can be obtained from the opinion of members of the congregation on issues raised.
There are two more modules in Congregazone when collecting data in the catalogue. On the one hand, the Congratulations section. Members of the congregation who have birthdays are displayed on this. A congratulations message can be sent to them through congregazone. On the other hand, each time that the catalogue reflects that there has been a death in the obituary module, a biographical note of the deceased person will be created. Alerts can also be created as a reminder of silver or gold wedding anniversaries of each member of the congregation.
